Why do we use Buffer?

A buffer can be used in the victim net to reduce crosstalk by isolating the victim net from the interference caused by aggressor nets.

Key Reason:

The buffer strengthens the signal on the victim net, making it less sensitive to noise. It effectively regenerates the signal, filtering out any crosstalk-induced noise picked up from nearby aggressor nets. This helps maintain signal integrity and ensures reliable data transmission despite crosstalk.
